Check Into Cash, Inc. is a specialty consumer financial services company whose primary product is a service of advancing funds to its customers by accepting their personal check and agreeing to defer presentment until a short holding period has expired, also known as payday advances, through walk-in branch locations and on the web, via Loan By Phone.com.

We provide these advances either directly or act as a marketing and servicing agent for chartered banks. To provide the service, Loan By Phone.com requires each customer to provide verifiable proof of : (1) income , (2) an active, personal checking account, (3) residence , and (4) proper identification . In consideration for this service, the Company receives a fee regulated by applicable state and federal legislation.

Check into Cash was founded in Cleveland Tennessee in 1993 by Allan Jones. Mr. Jones brought with him 17 years of successful business experience in the credit and collection industry. Check Into Cash is one of the largest mono-line operator of payday advance centers in the country, operating in many branch locations and in many states with over 2,000 employees. Check into Cash, with the cooperation of others in the industry, helped to develop a national payday advance trade organization in 1999, Community Financial Services Association of America (“CFSA”). The Association works aggressively at the local, state and national levels to promote laws and regulations that balance the interests of the industry with those of the consumer. CFSA also works on behalf of its members to support and encourage responsible industry practices, known as CFSA Best Practices.
